IMG is an Estonian owned Investment Group.The most known business unit of the Group is the tax and accounting consulting firm AS IMG Konsultant , founded in 1996 by AS IMG Holding and Hansabank.Today Hansabank is no longer in the ownership structure, but we continue working hand in hand to provide quality service to the bank and its clients.

AS IMG Konsultant has become of the leading tax and accounting consulting firms in Estonia, in last 5 years, cooperating closely with banks in advising financial sector clients.

In November 2001, the IMG Group has opened a subsidiary,  SIA IMG,in Riga to serve the Latvian market.  

Our main lines of business are tax and legal advisory services, accounting service, accounting and financial consultations and tax factoring. We help our clients in their relations with the tax authorities and represent clients in tax disputes. Preventive audit service will help remedy potential problems before the tax authorities come with their audit. We also provide our clients with general legal, business, and management consulting. Our business mission is to provide an intergrated package of services to our clients so that they are relieved of the bureaucratic work and can devote their main attention to their principal field of business and turn our services into their benefit in every possible way.
